Thank you very much.Why will the doctor get money from it. I talked with a lawyer, what I learned from him is that he take back his expense from the whole claim, then he takes 1/3 of the rest of the claim, I need to pay back my health insurance for the medical bill they paid for me with the share I get. I am wondering if all the car accident case works the same way. Since my health insurance has paid me some bills, I do not know how much they still need to pay, just worry that in case the share I get from the claim is not enough to pay back the health insurance, then what should I do, I can not take lawyer's share to pay for health insurance. is there a possibility that such situation will happen? many thanks to you.
