That is why you need attorney. If you don't have enough money to settle the case, you have to go law suit. Your attorney has no right to settle case without your approval. By the way, that is normal situation that the other side insurance company don't want to pay much money nowdays. If that is the case, you may have to go to law suit. Nothing is easy, just don't worry and do what you need do. You attorney should disclose how much everyone gets after settlement. If he cheats you, go to bar association to complain about that attorney.
