可以去問問product liability的律師吧。關鍵是你已經不是被告了，對方去告amazon 你也關不住。所以我覺得現在隻能甩一句話給對方，告訴他小心一點，把你沒生意了你也會告他誹謗。

可能這封信請律師寫也有點小題大做。大概是說

Your pending lawsuit with Amazon might still impact me in negative ways.  For example, Amazon might terminate our business relationship due to your frivilous lawsuit.  In such event I would have to recover economic damages through legal action such as a suit of defamation.
