地點馬薩諸塞州 我們鬧離婚，我老婆生氣已經丟下小孩回國了。 難處： 1，房子還有貸款，名字是兩個人的 2，兩個未成年小孩在美國 問題： 1，我能不能申請離婚？我這種情況複雜嗎？要很長時間嗎！ 2，房子怎麽處理？她不在美國，我一個人還款能力不夠，我要是打算賣怎麽辦？ 3，小孩監護權？ 4，法院會判我給她贍養費嗎？ 謝謝 謝謝 真的有困難了！
