eeoc會要求exhaust internal procedures之後才能找它們嗎

如果工作單位有員工council (但不是union）的，能否直接file complaint to EEOC? 

EEOC會不會要求先走完內部的appeal之後，才能向他們file complain?

可以直接向EEOC file嗎？

 

另外，如果EEOC接手我的case，一般的結果可能是什麽？
