再次聽了一遍DC DMV 的錄音（1-202-737-4404， Option 2-1-1） The message （at the end of a long message) is this --  Tickets are not processed by issued agents in 21 days are automatically dismissed.

再請問， 我現在應該保存一些證據證明這個ticket已經超過21天還沒有被process 嗎？ 以便以後跟DC DMV交涉？
