請教：Parking ticket in DC

請教各位： 8月10日在白宮外麵收到一張parking ticket。 租的車。 TICKET 背麵有payment instruction. 三種方法：1. online service, 2. Phone, 3. mail check or money order.  上dmv.dc.gov 去付罰款， ticket 好像不在係統裏。網站顯示這個“We are unable to process your payment at this time. It may take up to 20 days to post a ticket to this system. To pay the fine, you may either try our online system later, mail a check or money order, payable to the D.C. Treasurer, to Adjudication Services, P.O. Box 2014, Washington, D.C. 20013 or you may pay in person Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm at 301 C Street, NW, Room 1140. Write your tag and driver's license number on your check or money order. ” 從8月11日開始每天試， 都是這個message。  打電話去，也是說ticket info is not available。  想找customer service agent, 每次都是不管選什麽option， 最後都是record your phone number， and call you back.  No one ever called back!  前天發了個Email 給[e-mail]. 也是石沉大海。

在DMV的錄音中， 有一段話“Tickets that are not processed by issue agent are automatically dismissed."

請問， 我的ticket 是被自動dismiss了， 還是我需要 send the check.
