請問去年是美國學生身份或大半年是學生身份的稅表填

哪一個 form 1040， form 1040 NR, or form 1040NR-EZ ? 小孩，丈夫是否可以算dependents? 我是去年8個月是學生身份F1，後來變成H1 (在學校做研究). 所以聽說隻能填 1040 NR, or 1040 NR-EZ, 但是如果是這樣的話丈夫肯定不能算dependent ，寶寶是去年8月出生，不知能不能算dependent?
