government contractor周末兼職

現在是government contractor，以前老板讓我周末給他做點東西（非競爭領域），按小時付錢。現在綠卡。會有什麽可能的問題嗎?

合同上有些，employee should devote full time and best efforts to the company's bussiness and will not engage other bussiness activities which are related to the provision of services which are competative to the services provided by the company.
