你需要理解遺產是如何繼承的

After you are dead, probate court ask following questions

1. is there a will ? holographic or witnessed.  

2.  if there is a valid will,  enforce the will (遺囑繼承）

3.  if there is no will, follow the law (法定繼承）

請問，這個邏輯鏈裏麵，哪裏有機會給法官看你的視頻？

遺囑，不管是holographic 還是 witnessed，當然要經過法庭認定才能有效。
