License是證明你可以結婚，Certificate是證明你在婚姻中。
你們county的結婚證書是把結婚license和結婚certificate設計在一張紙上的，你們結婚後主婚人在上麵簽字了，marriage certificate 就生效了。
你的證書上指的是license在多少天內有效，沒有說certificate會失效。你在license 規定期限內結了婚（有日期為證）所以你是在婚姻中。
