我們這裏，用最薄最便宜的granite，換一般大的廚房台麵，也要2000-2500

我覺得3000在加州應該是非常便宜的了吧。最主要的是才住兩年就要換台麵，那得多髒主人才冒著打官司的危險去換，但凡能租出去，好好清理一下就可以了。
