在Columbus法院，先見到 clerk，clerk問你guilty or not guilty.

Not guilty, 到另一個房間，設一個trial日期，就可以走了.

Guilty, 如是第一次，會給予no points offer和減25. 等一會後，還能見法官，陳述一下情況，要求減免等。等的時間可能比較長。
