Only if you can prove the seller lied about "material fact"

then you can take them to court.  For example, if they say the roof is 8 year old, and it actually 12 years old, you got a case.

But if they lied in "opinion", for example, they said the house is the best one on the block, and you believed it and bought it.    Now you think it is the worst one on the block, you have no case.
