急問：Assault dang wpn 明早去Court

wapon 是把椅子，老公說throw chair to him，但是他先動手的，我拿椅子來推擋他。 擔心將來喪失對孩子的監護權。明天是否隻能plea not guilty 才不留案底。多謝。
