Thanks for your good points, MandM. That was exactly what I was thinking and doing just before the time of the accident had happened. Whichever way I moved would cause an accident and more damage if an accident occured (unfortunately it had happened) as I was thinking. I could only fully stopped to avoid the accident as a possibility in that situation. I will state these facts to the judge in the court.
