回複：Police not right!

責任在誰是從誰先違規造成這次事故來判定，不是the best position to avoid the accident。
不是從道德上來判定！我想警察天天處理事故，知道什麽情況可以直接判定責任，什麽情況不做結論。而且到了court法官會更相信警察的判斷，而不是你的邏輯。當然你有權利做你認為對事。
