房客沒簽約，沒cashier check。東西到了我的車庫，我怎樣讓她把東西拿走？謝謝。

我確實收了holding deposit 我反複告她我隻收cashier check，合同上隻勾了cashier check. 但最後時刻發現她隻帶$15k現金。我拒收。拒讓她進屋。

她說讓我賠她$3000. 然後，她拿東西走。

我告她我寧願給律師。

我律師說他替我發信，我還沒見到這信。我也不知這信是幹嘛的。

我房子已空了一禮拜了。

我怎樣讓她把東西拿走？
