(A) 樓主是inexperience driver毋庸置疑。 Inexperience driver和illegal driver相撞，inexperience driver為事故負責。

(B) You should keep the dangerous situation in front of you instead of behind you.

(C) 無法判斷另一個driver的illegal movement是需要為事故負責。
