432.04（c）說違反這個規定是"minor misdemeanor"

A misdemeanor (American English)[1] or misdemeanour (British English) is any "lesser" criminal act in some common law legal systems. Misdemeanors are generally punished less severely than felonies, but theoretically more so than administrative infractions (also known as minor, petty or summary offences) and regulatory offences. Misdemeanor是要上犯罪記錄的，一般超速隻是infraction, 不上犯罪記錄。當然交通犯罪一般公司調查背景時不在乎，但是有總不如沒有。

交通律師能夠和檢方談判，具體手段各地不同，一般是認罪寬大，交錢但是不上記錄。
