求高見，quit claim deed 的合法性

我大姐讓我和母親於2009年1月簽署一份QCD，目的是除去已去世的父親在房產證上的名字，讓我簽名時是在自己家，我是最後一個，見證人2名，公證人1名，以及我母親都已簽好，我簽名時沒有任何人在場。按他們4人簽名的時間我有證據不在場，沒有任何律師向我說明內容的利弊。請問，該文件是否合法？相關的律師是否有責任？可否提訴該律師？或向律師協會舉報？（此律師就是負責在2006年我母親簽遺囑的律師。）
