我沒區分開，是根據這個案子的緣由，我不明白，是因為不懂為什麽爭議這麽大

其一，他們81年結婚，92年離婚，不管女孩是誰的，婚內他都應該有撫養責任，這是我說的custody right，而他沒有履行。“Mr Vince moved out the following year – although Ms Wyatt insists they did not finally separate until some years later”。

其二，他們婚後有一子，“They married that December and had a baby boy, Dane, in May 1983”，他照樣沒管，因為當時沒錢，法院沒有判他付贍養費，由女方獨自養大。

其三，女方要的不叫贍養費，叫“make a claim for financial provision”，所以不是推翻以前的判決，或者考慮時間因素。
