I have house for rent, and tenant made something bad to cause public nuisance, City sent citation to wrong address, I didn't receive it, then I got letter from lawyer with right address. I told them all are not correct. I already evict my tenant in Sept. They realize it was caused by my tenant not me. So ISSUE DISMISS. It is done.
