小弟遇上麻煩了，請幫忙（Public nuisance and violation）

我今天收到一封律師來信(warrant notification)， 代表我們所在城市來收錢，信上說，如果我忽略這封信， 可能會有以下結果：

Any peace officer may serve this warrant at any time at your home, work, or on the road.
The warrant remains active until the Court receives the appropriate reply and/or payment.
You could be subject to non-renewal of your TEXAS DRIVER LICENSE.
If you are a non-resident driver, your license could be suspended.

To avoid possible arrest and other adverse consequences, 我需要配這筆錢，並且給我CITY MUNICIPAL 網站， 還說在這個case結束前， 我可以PLEA OR GO TO TRIAL。

這封信有CITATION 號。

我給他們打電話，說我在今年6月24日，有Public nuisance and violation， 我不知道這是什麽東西，莫名奇妙就攤上一個這樣的事情。
