Calm down first. Then relax and take your time with lawyer. Get all the evidence first. Don't sign anything with your employer first if you decided to go to court.

If they won't put anything into your record, you may just relax and take unemployment for your baby. Just ignore the fact and move on. Life is always beautiful and don't have to win at each case. Try your best to learn from this incident and move on.
