有誰知道這種遺囑嗎？

聽朋友講，有一種遺囑，是如果夫妻同時意外身亡，指定朋友收養其未成年子女的（朋友知情並同意）。這樣孩子就不會被迫住foster home 或被帶回中國。有誰聽說過這種遺囑或委托嗎？法律名稱是什麽啊？應該找什麽title 的律師辦理啊？先謝了!
