如果兩個人都是植物人，遺囑有一定麻煩

當然法院會尊重你遺囑中提的人選，但是由於你沒有死，孩子的事務還是要過一下法院認可。如果有trust，裏麵有失去能力的條文，根本不用過堂，直接生效。
