大家幫幫我吧，在紐約上州開車吃了張冤枉TICKET

在紐約上州，幫忙朋友移車，被警察攔下來，警察叫出示車證和保險，才知道朋友車的保險已經過期，然後警察就給了我一張ticket " failure to produce insurance card"'.  上麵是我的駕照號碼。 我真的很鬱悶，第一車子不是我的，第二我不知道朋友車的保險過期，因為平時他都開，第三我自己車就在不遠而且有我自己的保險。 請問各位大俠，這種ticket 嚴重嗎，我要怎麽做，我要承擔法律責任嗎？
