我以前的問題是

1.不清楚新的提告地址那欄怎麽寫，因為state secretary office網上的該公司的注冊地址已不存在，現已是別的公司，而寫主管的住家地址又不行。2，不清楚state secretary office遞的傳票是否有效。 如果有效，是我在法庭上直接告訴法官還是先要把state secretary office遞(過）好傳票後的證據先通知sheriff office。 因為在本州 small claim court 的instruction 上隻寫了兩種方式遞傳票，certified mail 或麵對麵遞傳票，任選其一，但這兩種方式都要通過sheriff office去做。

我現在想，新提告就寫該公司在state secretary office網上注冊的但實際已不存在的地址。然後給state secretary office該公司主管的住家地址讓state secretary office去遞傳票，不知這樣對不對？“The office will send the summon to the address on file”這個地址已不存在了。2. “you take the receipt to the court and tell the judge the company is served.” “False address is their problem. You don't care if they actually received the paper”. 從我在法庭聽到的，涉及到賠錢的案子，被告一定要收到傳票才能審理，否則要麽原告撤案要麽重遞傳票。 也許不涉及到錢的案子不一樣。
