離婚谘詢

我現住加州灣區，想和老公離婚。我們沒有共同財產，現租住公寓，聯合帳戶的錢隻
有幾十Cent,因為每次我存錢進去，立即被老公取走。而且，我每月必須付部分房租，
並曾因為沒有按期交租，而被老公拿走家門鑰匙，在晚上兩次趕出家門。我想請問，
如果老公不同意協議離婚，我請律師申請法庭判決，大概會需要多少錢呢？需要多
少時間才能辦完呢？聽說律師費很貴。。還有，請問哪位可以推薦Fremont 地區比
較可靠，收費又合理的律師呢？我老公是美國公民，我的綠卡是他幫辦的，請問離
婚會影響我的綠卡嗎？謝謝幫助了。
