把坐在我家門口的我的貓貓咬死了（我家有security 錄像，有record）。我該怎樣維權？這2狗沒有主人跟著，而且攻擊和殘殺了我的貓貓，在我家院子裏，我該告到哪裏？要上法庭嗎？我哭死了。
