The majority of complaints are regarding lack of adequate coverage. Consumers feel mislead by sales representatives and in some case coverage maps that show coverage in their area. Attempts to troubleshoot the issue are generally unsuccessful and the consumer is responsible for cancellation fees (Wind tab) if they wish to terminate their agreement with Wind Mobile. Consumers have also advised our office regarding general customer service issues.
The company was advised of our concerns on September 24, 2013. They have failed to correct the underlying reason for the complaints.
