基本上移民官在考律你的申請時，應該保持中立，然而一般的狀況則在於你所範的是何種罪名，多半如果是隻須緩刑+社區服務的case應該不會對你的申請有太大影響，然而如果有刑期，可能情況不太妙，將來你去麵試時最腦有律師陪同!
