I had over three times car accident. From my experience, even I had comprehensive insurance (two way), my insurance will not do any thing but pay my medical expenses. They will not contact adjuster for me, they will not try to get any money for me. My attorney had to file court to fight for paying suffering and loss. Finally, I got a good settlement. After that, I just let the attorney to deal with my second and third car accidents. Less headache and more money!
