Just because the other lawyer tells you to do something, doesn't mean you have to follow his instructions.  After all, he is working for the other side.  不要怕前怕後的，在美國就做美國事，叫保險公司的律師。I told you, call your insurance company, and ask them to take care of EVERYTHING。
