找了兩個加拿大的地產商的網站看了一下，都有類似的免責聲明（Disclaimer).

在REALTOR.ca的網站上是這樣說的：
CREA makes no representations about the suitability of the data or graphics published on this site. The listing information is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. Everything on this site is provided "As Is" without warranty of any kind including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Neither CREA nor any of its suppliers shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of this site.

在century21.ca的網站上是這樣說的：
CENTURY 21, its franchisees, brokers and sales people are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for the accuracy, relevancy, completeness or timeliness of the Content. You agree that all risk associated with your use of, or reliance on, any Content rests with You. 所以說，房產信息的準確性還是要買方來確認的。
