因為我們沒有遵守那個有效的合同（binding contract），
Please be advised the contract was terminated based on Mr.xxx request.  Please see attached email for your record

我種族歧視他們。

我不租給他房子…..是因為他女朋友是南美洲人。

As you well know, the reason they did not get my apartment was they UNILATERALLY requested cancel the contract. After the apartment was back to the market for all potential tenants.   They did try to get a NEW contract with me. The deal did not went through because they did not agree the terms for the NEW contract
