你要是想省錢不請律師

他們信裏不就是要一千多塊錢嗎？你給對方律師打電話，告訴他你可以給他們幾百塊，讓律師賺點錢（1/3）。目的就是讓律師明白，給你發了封信，談十分鍾，最後他可以掙到1個小時的工錢，這個意思一定要挑明。

Tell him "don't waste your time, I talked to several lawyers, all of them told me is that you don't have a case, won't get much in court, if at all.  Rather than spend my money to hire a lawyer to fight you, I think it's better just work out a deal and save money and time for eveyrone."

你有羅嗦的傾向，千萬不要去和律師爭論案件具體的內容，你肯定爭不過他。我特意不告訴你法律分析，因為告訴你也沒有用，對方幾句話你就接不上了，最好就是避免討論法律，直接談錢。

If he ask you "what else did your lawyer tell you", you answer: "what my lawyer told me is priviledged information, I cant't tell you."

if he says "this is too little money," you answer: "as a laywer you have to let your client make the final decision, why don't you talk to them about my offer and call me back." 

至於offer多少，你自己看，開始offer500以下，最後談妥500以上，反正一千以下。你去找律師也得花這些錢。談判的時候，少說話有時是一種有利的技巧。你有羅嗦的傾向，一定要少說話。他說一句話，你頓一頓，想好了再說。
