你要是想省錢不請律師
他們信裏不就是要一千多塊錢嗎?你給對方律師打電話,告訴他你可以給他們幾百塊,讓律師賺點錢(1/3)。目的就是讓律師明白,給你發了封信,談十分鍾,最後他可以掙到1個小時的工錢,這個意思一定要挑明。
Tell him "don't waste your time, I talked to several lawyers, all of them told me is that you don't have a case, won't get much in court, if at all. Rather than spend my money to hire a lawyer to fight you, I think it's better just work out a deal and save money and time for eveyrone."
你有羅嗦的傾向,千萬不要去和律師爭論案件具體的內容,你肯定爭不過他。我特意不告訴你法律分析,因為告訴你也沒有用,對方幾句話你就接不上了,最好就是避免討論法律,直接談錢。
If he ask you "what else did your lawyer tell you", you answer: "what my lawyer told me is priviledged information, I cant't tell you."
if he says "this is too little money," you answer: "as a laywer you have to let your client make the final decision, why don't you talk to them about my offer and call me back."
至於offer多少,你自己看,開始offer500以下,最後談妥500以上,反正一千以下。你去找律師也得花這些錢。談判的時候,少說話有時是一種有利的技巧。你有羅嗦的傾向,一定要少說話。他說一句話,你頓一頓,想好了再說。
