in the previous court I sued the landlord to ask back my rent deposit, I won the case, for in Canada, it is illegal to keep rent deposit not used for rent. But I find landlord even lies under oath on the court! He said there are serious damages caused by the subtenant, and other lies. The judicator stopped him for what he told was irrelavant to the current case. He then threatened to sue me in the small claim court after that court. he said before that the judicator will believe him although he has not much evidence, and said I can not prove the opposite for i did not take the photos.
