回複：可能是你和你律師的代表關係不明確

對，現在這個代表關係是不明確的。

所以，我想知道的是，這種closing之後的糾紛，買房時的律師是否仍然有責任負責處理還是我們之間需要重新簽訂一個合同來確定這個代表關係。
而這個買房律師自己也沒提此事。
