讓你先生簽一個power of attorny就好了授權你幫他處理車應該就可以了吧？
要不然就上法庭。很多時候這些人都是看我們亞裔很懦弱，怕麻煩，就會妥協他們的要求。
之前我賣車，提前兩天天把VIN都給buyer, 讓他們自己去查history. 然後過了兩天來買車，買車後一天跟我說車有accident history, 讓我退幾百塊錢，或者把車拿回來給我讓我退錢。我說跟他說是他自己的責任to check on the history, and I'm not a free car rental and car sold as is. If he's not happy, then I can see him in court. 這個人就消失了。。。。。。
