Nobody can believe it. My broker said she never, ever met this situation during last 25 years in her business. But today it really happened to me.
The story was quite simple: Two months ago, I gave an offer and it was accepted by the house owner, then we signed the contract. After that, I did everything(mortgage, closing check...)that I should do, and was just waiting for the closing. Unfortunately, the owner didn't show up in closing day, and through her broker announce me that she already changed her mind, but didn't give any reason. I cann't understand how can she do like this? I also can't explain why she decided to break the contract
I need help! Could anyone please me some advices? such as how can I get my right to the max and how to prevent this lady create some excuses?.....I hate dispute with somebody, but now I have no choice. I have to "go to the mattresses"!!!!
