申請費用大概是?-Case by case, depends on whether you need to hire a lawyer. You may get free-assistance in the green card application, so talk to the local domestic violence help organization, and they will help you (they are very experienced).

是否每年還要繳納一定費用入1萬給移民局?-No such fee.
