回複：arrest record. 找工作碰到麻煩了! 求助！-新問題！！

已經通過請律師把arrest記錄expunged。之前由於沒經驗沒及時expunged，被一個雇主通過background check查到記錄後取消了工作offer。如今好不容易又獲得一個大學的博後offer，鬱悶的是，他們的international center要求在線填寫一個Questionair，上麵有一項：Have you ever been arrested, charged with or convicted of any crime or offense anywhere in the world (other than a traffic ticket), even if the arrest or conviction was later dismissed, expunged or pardoned? If yes, please provide details. （並說明：You must answer these questions in order to submit this questionnaire for review.）我是不是可以回答： No。印象中雇主在file H1B petition時並不需要填這個問題。此外，本人在申請其它employer的工作時一般也隻問是否被convicted，沒見過問是否arrested的。真不想因為這個而丟掉工作offer了。如果如實填寫保不準他們會以什麽理由取消offer。請大家幫忙出出主意。多謝啦！
