隻有一部分的filing fee是雇主必須支付的，而且不許用任何形式轉嫁到雇員身上，但這隻是filing fee中的一個特定的部分。其餘任何費用（例如，律師費），法律上，雇主願意作為福利幫助支付可以支付，不願意就不支付。
