Who should pay ?

My across-the-street neighbor called me. She said that 1.5 months ago, the paint from my house (I rented it out) splashed onto her car and now she has to get a paint job. My contractor for the house has a license and insurance. She says I need to pay for her paint job. What should I do? Should I argue with her or just give her my contractor's number/license? I really don't want to deal with her.I am in othersate, not local.
