Thanks. I like to deal with her insurence company instead of her. I already sent out a email to my contractor, let him to call my neighbour since I am out of state now and absent at painting time, and told my contractor that if price is low, I will pay it, otherwise his insurance company will pay it.
paint drops must very minor, because her house is far from us, my contractor stayed in my house one more week after painting, so she had a chance to complain to my contractor. She called me and just told me that she will bring car to garage and I should pay it. I told her that I need to get professional advice
first.
