父母想在加州買房，請教關於Title的問題

我們對加州的有關稅法不了解，特上來誠懇請教：

國內的父母希望在加州買一套房產送給他們五歲的孫女（我們的女兒），想直接把她的名字放在Title上。請問這樣可行嗎？
