I can't express how I appreciate Cybercat and apt tried to help on the case below. One thing for sure is that both past and future child payments can be claimed to trust. I want to find out the amount for future support since the caculator is based on income. The trust has little bank interest and is nagative cash flow every month. if by income, the future child support is only $100 comparing to $1800 before trustor died.
I found below document, the court replaced the income by trustor's expenses and actually increased the support amount. But to my case, the support amount still drop a lot if by expense, maybe only $600 comparing to $1800 before.

are there any cases to support if I can still maintain any current support amount or even increase it like the above case ? The needs for child isn't decresed after death and actually is increasing since kid is getting old. Is it one reason to request the increase?
I will apprecaite if anyone can provide me a study case.
Master apt, why the support is increased in perry's case?
